THE SOURCE FUNCTION IN THE PROBLEM OF A CONFINED EXPLOSION

      The problem of calculating the source function of seismic waves in an underground explosion is considered. The paper describes the calculation procedure, discusses the calculated and empirical ratios between the elastic zone radius and the explosive source parameters, and touches upon the subject of the source function analytical approximation.
