SMOOTHING ALGORITHMS OF VELOCITY FIELD PERTURBATIONS AS APPLIED TO D SIMULATIONS

Described here are algorithms of quadratic and new linear velocity smoothing implemented in the framework of D technique. Three algorithms of inner energy simulation required for total energy conservation, are described. Perturbation (bad cells) algorithm is suggested to avoid velocity field perturbation, the so-called sand-glass, as well as the increase criterion of angular and contour linear smoothing required to reduce bad cells.
Given here are test results using the algorithms suggested.
