VANT. Ser.: Mat. Mod. Fiz. Proc 2014. Вып.2. С. 59-68.

The paper considers the possibility of gas-dynamic quantity transfer from one 3D regularly structured grid to another with account for re-established materials' interface in mixed cells in the frames of the InterVal-3D program. The paper describes the InterVal-3D program, its abilities, as well as the underlying re-calculation principles. The realized materials' interface re-establishing algorithm is described. The comparative analysis of the recalculation results obtained using the interface re-establishing algorithm and without it in model problems with different spatial grids is given.

Keywords: InterVal-3D program, re-interpolation of gas-dynamic quantities, IFP (Integrated File Profile) library, interface, adapted Youngs method.
