An exact solution is derived for a piston moving in a heterogeneous mixture of two condensed materials based on local component pressure equalibrium hypothesis. Component force interaction rate was represented as "joint masses" to use It for describing 119 pulse exchanges in the equation of motion. For a shock wave, the solution has a form of two large discontinuities, moving with different veloeities. Partial densities and velouties of both components experience a jump on each discontinuity. We found that the solution may have three types of structure depending on piston velocity and force interation rate.
