VISCOSITYDRIVEN DISTRIBUTION OF THE KINETICTOTHERMAL ENERGY DISSIPATION THROUGH A SPHERICAL SHELL THICKNESS

Closed quadratic expressions for kinetic energy, velocity, and Rt diagram defining an inertial finitethickness shell collapse are obtained. These formulae describing the full dissipated energy distribution across a shell thickness for a time where the shell converges on a given radius indicate a thermal energy cumulation in layers, close to the internal shell surface. A possibility of viscosity coefficient experimental measurements is discussed. Numerical results are represented by a set of universal curves which allow qualitatively study the nature of the shell motion depending on its physical and geometrical parameters.
