ALGORITHM AND PROGRAM FOR THE DETECTION OF DATA TRANSFER INTERRUPTIONS IN FIBER OPTICS

The paper presents the results of developing an algorithm for damage detection in fiber optics used for data signal transfer. The algorithm is implemented in the Assembler language within the PIC16C717 microcontroller software and in the C++ language for the PIC18F1320 microcontroller, which are used in the monitoring system of direct data and pilot signal losses in fiber optics.
